A Raffle for Ukraine

On May 4-9th, students at the Dalton School held a raffle in support of RAZOM for Ukraine. Items available for raffle included a basket of Ukrainian candles, candy, and honey, a hand-painted plate, a set of five wooden pigs, and a $100 gift card to the Ukrainian restaurant Veselka. Overall, the students raised over $1,800 dollars, which was then matched by two anonymous donors.

The organization RAZOM for Ukraine provides medical and humanitarian aid to Ukraine in the current crisis. RAZOM delivers aid via systems of plane, truck, and warehouse supply lines that can reliably reach hard-hit cities like Kharkiv and Sumy (RAZOM).
